Do you feel stiff, less flexible, or uncomfortable during everyday activities? Have you noticed changes in your posture or movement as a result of work, stress, injury, or simply getting older?
At VitalCare, we believe better movement can lead to a better quality of life. That's why we've created Body Connect, a unique movement and wellbeing class that combines Neurodynamic Mobility Techniques, Pilates, and Global Postural Re-Education (RPG) to help you move more freely, improve posture, build strength, and feel more connected to your body.
What Makes Body Connect Different?
Most fitness and mobility classes focus on muscles, joints, and flexibility.
Body Connect goes one step further by incorporating Neurodynamic Mobility Techniques, which focus on the healthy movement of the nervous system throughout the body.
Our nerves play a vital role in movement and need to move freely alongside muscles and joints. When this mobility is reduced, people may experience stiffness, tension, or restricted movement.
Neurodynamic exercises are gentle, controlled movements designed to improve nervous system mobility and help the body move more comfortably and efficiently.
This forms a key part of what makes Body Connect different from traditional exercise classes.
